Pioneer Electronics has successfully relocated its Australian Head Office from the Victorian suburb of Braeside to Heatherton.

Located just over 23km from Melbourne’s CBD and situated within a popular business park, the Heatherton premise is now home to sixty four Pioneer staff members, including Victorian office, service and spare parts staff.

“We are thrilled to now call Heatherton home. No longer confronted by aging office facilities and excess office space, there is real positive energy amongst all staff, who are embracing the new, modern office facilities, says Bruce Blythe, chief finance and operations manager at Pioneer Electronics Australia Pty Ltd.

The relocation of Pioneer’s Australian Head Office is one of several key operational changes implemented by the company in recent times.

“Over the past three months, Pioneer has modernised a number of processes in a bid to better support the company’s business needs moving forward.

In addition to securing a new Head Office, we have also outsourced our warehouse logistics to NYK, outsourced warehousing of marketing collateral to Waivestar and unlocked funds tied up in the Braeside property.

The operational changes should be almost seamless to our retail partners and in the long term should help us to further improve our service levels,” added Blythe.

The new-look Pioneer Head Office will include dedicated facilities for the company’s product returns, service and spare parts divisions, as well as a new sound lounge for auditioning new products.

Pioneer’s Australian Head Office is now located at 5 Arco Lane, Heatherton Victoria, 3202. All staff and department phone numbers remain as they were.
